Brought an cdti astra engine from these cowboys , was meant to have done 46000 miles and was in perfect order payed £1500 for it , turned out to be nacked infact the old engine i took out was in better working order . Could not get refund and they would not supply me with another engine , phoned them for two to three weeks but got no joy , in the end i stopped because of threats to pay me a vist and set fire to my van ( nice people hey ) Please be careful if dealing with these poeple they are not intrested in helping you at all .

Steer well clear of this company. Took my money, promised to send parts. Parts never arrived. They have lied and deceived me over and over again. Still fighting to get my money back. Now resorting to legal action.

last April i bought various parts from this company for my van,
they arrived promptly but were incomplete.
upon complaining over 30 times in phone calls over a 9 month period, they eventually said that they were out of stock and would refund me the difference, however the refund still isn't here and it doesn't even cover the bill of phone round looking for an alternative supplier for the missing part, i was promised the missing part for 9 months only to eventually have closer in the form of "take us to court if you don't like it"
nobody there will take responsibility for mistakes.
check your goods before signing,
use a credit card.
if the order is incomplete.
cancel the transaction with credit card.

I would not deal with these people again. I bought a van seat from them which was described as being in good condition with 'no rips or tears'. When the seat arrived I found it had 2 tears in fabric at the back and an unmistakable large hole. This would, without doubt, have been clear before it was sent. It took 3 weeks and several phone calls before I was compensated for this misrepresentation.
Beware, do not buy anything from this company without seeing the product with your own eyes. Lesson learned.
