I spoke to Riaz, who informs me Mr Akram is still the owner, but they have a new team, with better processes including better control of stock inventory, and shelving parts etc.

Ordered a Turbo Charger for my Ford Mondeo, Paid on 5th of Fab 2010, Delivery was promissed within 3 days. Part was delivered on 19th March, which was a wrong part. Part was returned on 9th April refund was promissed within 3 days, Its almost 3 months by now, i am completely .... up calling them every friday and their is no one to listen to me.

hi there,
I read this review and was a bit worried, the level of service i received was good and the part was very cheap. Please ingnire the review below becuase it paints abiased view and has nothing to do with actually buyinf a car part.

Very unimpressed to say the absolute least. I received an abusive phone call from company once I left negative feedback due to not being able to get hold of anyone to attain the part. Regardless of this being there fault on Breakeryard.com? I do not accept swearing down the phone or any kind of abuse as a customer. We are a reputable business and I wanted to solve a problem to a part I needed. I am disgusted!!!
